The 3-month training package will provide both custom training and nutritional plans with a monthly zoom coaching session. This package will help you develop new habits, challenge your mindset and improve overall health and fitness

The 6-month package aims to shift new habits into unconscious lifestyle choices. This plan includes both custom built training and nutritional plans and monthly zoom coaching sessions. Lifestyle changes require commitment, hard work and accountability. If you are ready to change your life this is the package for you. 

The 6-month premium package is the ultimate holistic package, with weekly zoom coaching sessions for complete accountability, mindset training and support. This package includes everything you could need in conquering your health and fitness goals for an increased quality of life.

The 6-week training plan is a custom-built training program that is designed based on your ability, training location and fitness goals. The program can be developed for at home workouts, on the training oval or in the gym. A great choice for those who are motivated but would like professional guidance in their training.

The 3-month nutritional program provides you with a comprehensive nutritional program that is developed around your health and fitness goals, macronutrients, lifestyle, dietary requirements and complexity of recipes as well as budget. A new weekly plan and shopping list will be provided to keep food interesting and provide a healthy variety.

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide you towards the ultimate increased quality of life. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, limitations and busy life schedules. My method is to develop training and nutritional plan that suit you. Plans are custom built to incorporate your schedule, budget, goals and ability. Plans also incorporate video call coaching sessions, this is to ensure that you are meeting your goals, are accountable and to develop the mindset that will promote longevity and commitment to your health and lifestyle goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Available to download on your Android or Apple device.

Training program progressions
(of weight, reps, & sets) based on client performance. Programs can be weights based on RPE, percentage of max, and more. Updated on a 6 week schedule.

Guided workout walkthroughs
Once issued a training program from your coach, the app will guide you through every set of every workout, with videos for each exercise and guided strength tests or weight calculators for new exercises so you know exactly how much they should be lifting.

Personalised habits tracker
To help you stay on track your coach can create habits that can be tracked and that enable more consistency and accountability.

Body measurement & progress tracking
Keep motivated with charts and graphs of body measurement, weight, and strength progress over time.

Calorie, macro, & weight tracking

No one sticks to a meal plan 100% but with barcode scanning and a massive database of foods, the nutritional plans are flexible enough to keep you on track even if you go off the plan.

Easy meal planning
Weekly nutritional plans that meet your macros and take into account your allergies, lifestyle, and restrictions. Nutritional plans are changed weekly, can be customised on budget ($,$$,$$$), complexity of recipe and provide a downloadable shopping list.

In-app messaging
Stay in touch with your coach, with in-app messaging. This will help with any general questions you have regarding your health and fitness journey.

One on one online zoom coaching sessions
Packages include monthly 30 minute online coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to help you stay on track, set goals, discuss any obstacles you are facing and develop positive mindset. These are your sessions, and they can be used to discuss any of your health and fitness questions.
