Service Description

What's included: * 15-minute initial consultation via phone or zoom * Weekly custom-built nutritional plans, * Weekly recipes with budget and complexity taken into account * Weekly shopping list * Online body measurement tracking and progress tracking * Custom built habit tracking * In-app messaging direct to the coach

Cancellation Policy

1. To reschedule a consultation 12 hours' notice needs to be provided by contacting the coach via email on aleishamolyneuxpt@gmail.com. 2. This service is non-refundable, if the plans are deemed not suitable, the coach will work with you to alter anything that is needed within 48 hours of purchasing. 3. Training plans will have access to the Strongr Fastr app for 6 weeks from time of receiving the training program. Access to the App will deactivate at 7pm of the last day. The Fee is once off and will include an initial consultation. 4. Nutritional Plan's will update weekly the day prior to the nominated start date of the plan, the plans will be issued via the Strongr Fastr App and will include a shopping list. Nutritional Plan's are an ongoing monthly subscription. Cancellation of this subscription must occur prior to the monthly payment time and will cease payments immediately. Cancellation of services must be in writing and emailed to: aleishamolyneuxpt@gmail.com
