This is definitely her area of expertise, she has a lot of experience with a large skill set, encompassing fitness and health in general. Aleisha is totally non-judgmental, assesses your current status, discusses goals, and designs a tailored fitness plan. The sessions are short, tailored, and varied enough so that they don't become repetitious. She is also very attentive, and if she sees that an exercise isn't working for you, she'll adjust. Aleisha is also very personable and the flow of conversation during a session definitely distracts from the pain".
